What has happened to the maintenance of Connal st reserve, the area that runs alongside the Heathcote river between Connal st and Rutherford st. Its a complete mess, rubbish bin full to over flowing ( with rats ) grass over a foot high in places, dead tree cuttings lying around, footpaths cracked...
